Clean and wheelchair accessible room and bathroom. Fairly complete breakfast. Very kind and pleasant staff. The only downside is that the shower products are not accessible for a person with reduced mobility.

Good location to use as starting point to explore the region. The room was very big. The free parking space is also very convenient. However, we could clearly hear noise from the neighbouring rooms. There was particularly loud noise from the room next to ours from late evening until well into the night. Our room was located directly above the reception area, yet no staff intervened. At around 2am we tried to report the disturbance (both in person and by phone), but the reception was closed, despite the information stating that it operates 24 hours a day. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the room lacked basic amenities (considering the price) such as bottled water, a kettle and a fridge. The breakfast was very basic and the food did not seem particularly fresh.

I regularly visit the Swiss Heidi Hotel with my 7-year-old son Leon, and we feel completely comfortable every time. All staff are extremely accommodating and welcoming – Leon almost feels at home here. The reception team is particularly attentive and dedicated: When I spontaneously asked for batteries and superglue during the last stay, the receptionist looked without hesitation and helped us immediately. Even at breakfast the staff are always very friendly and attentive. A hotel with genuine hospitality – highly recommended!
