Room and bathroom below standard.. View is beautiful. For festival or parties fine. Spa is much neglected, and messy, not open! Ratio price of overnight stay far too expensive.

Exceptional view; the location alone is worth everything. The Italian restaurant is nothing short of excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert (we highly recommend the tagliolini with truffles). Luxurious rooms and courteous, friendly staff; the quality-price ratio is number one in Lucerne, undoubtedly five stars well deserved.
