This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful and peaceful location. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly. We had a lake view room with an incredible view, it was wonderful to sit here although it’s disappointing that smoking is allowed on the balconies as we did have to put up with the fumes from a room nearby. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant on the terrace, the food was outstanding. There is a small supermarket across the road if you need any basic goods, lovely service in there too! The nearby village of Sempach is worth visiting as it is also gorgeous. Car parking is right outside and included with your stay. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable.

Dreamy location, very beautiful building, perfect rooms, pleasant service, fine food - we could spend weeks here:-)

We had booked the "Velo Route 99" package and were thrilled. Attentive and very friendly staff. Room sufficiently large and clean. Food was fantastic, plus the great location on the terrace with a view of the lake. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Leaves nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. 5 out of 5 stars!!
