Venerable old hotel with charm. Centrally located, 5 minutes on foot to the International Museum of Horology, (the reason for our visit to Chaux-de-Fonds) Friendly reception at the front desk by Samuel, a pleasant young man. The room is a bit dated but very clean and functional. Breakfast is okay and private parking is also available. Price and performance are also acceptable, and we would book it again!

A hotel of old, room was reasonably tidy, with bathtub shower. Staff was very reserved. No info where the room is located (when using the stairs is pre-programmed to run) No information about additional parking costs in the hotel's parking lot of CHF 17.- per night. 20 francs extra for the (service-free, minimalist) breakfast is clearly too much. Better to go to a bakery/restaurant nearby Total cost of 167,- is too much 4-star hotel are at least one star too many. Four stars is 2.5stars
