KRONE

A super hotel in every respect. Very nice staff, clean rooms, excellent cuisine. Separate chalet where bicycles can be stored securely. Particularly noteworthy is the good wine list, with a nice selection of wines by the glass as well.

To be well accommodated in such a beautiful hotel and to be surrounded by caring and loving support is something wonderful. For that, we are grateful from the bottom of our hearts.

Very disappointing service at Hotel Krone Sarnen. The staff member in service (a woman with glasses) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Additionally, at the reception area, another staff member (a woman with a headscarf) was shouting loudly, which was very inappropriate. Overall, this behavior is unacceptable and negatively impacted my experience.
