In the winter, a cold bath (the oven can not be heated), breakfast style is less, food is poorly eaten, poor attitude of service, different members of the team eat at the same time, only some space is open (reaction does not open other space), so that the travellers can crowd meals, different members of the team eat. It is uncomfortable to live and eat badly. (Wellest breakfast of this trip) But the hotel location is good~

It is an old-fashioned hotel, suitable for groups. The room is large, but it is not cared for. The bathroom has old shower silicone and the door jamb is rotten too. The carpeting in the rooms and corridors does not give the idea of cleanliness. It is a hotel suitable for groups and in fact breakfast this morning was dedicated to a group of Asians, but nothing much. Even in the breakfast room, which then becomes the restaurant during the day, the birds flew inside. Be careful because the socket connection is different here in Switzerland, but the staff, who are really very kind here, gave me the adapter. As value for money we are not there, it is too expensive compared to what it is.

Unfortunately, our stay at City Hotel in Brunnen was disappointing. We had two rooms, and both had issues that pointed to poor standards. Hair was found in one of the showers, suggesting the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The duvet inner was badly stained and didn’t match the cover, as it was smaller and left bunched up inside. Breakfast was below standard, with warm orange juice I saw standing out from the night before that had clearly gone off and dirty plates still showing food residue stuck to them. The dining area was uncomfortably hot and had a noticeable number of flies, and despite several requests, no air conditioning was switched on. To top it off, I found a hair in the rice at dinner. Overall, the hotel failed to meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort. Whenever I went down stairs to speak to someone, there was never anyone around. Won't recommend at all.
