Continental Park

Pretty disappointing stay. Think hyatt place or hilton garden inn for a comparable hotel. Of all the Lucerne hotels, we pick the one that has a fire 2 days before we get there. So now you have construction all over and ozone machines throughout trying to get rid of smoke smell. Would have been a nice gesture to let us know before we arrived and we could decide if we still wanted to stay there. Fairly loud rooms with people walking around above us and slamming doors in hallways. Otherwise, location decent and staff nice.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Front desk was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. I gave her a hand made thank you card to express my gratitude. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Main Train station; easy access to many touristic sites. The hotel and room were nice and clean, BF was sufficient. Front office staff were fantastic.
