Olivia was the girl who checked us in. She did an exceptional job - friendly, knowledgable, and effective!

Really great location and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Only issue was our room wasn’t ready because of housekeeping issues but the man on reception was really good at managing the situation despite the queues and wait. I suspect the issue isn’t helped by check out not being until 12pm which worked in our favour so not bringing down the rating despite having to wait 30minutes on arrival. The breakfast was excellent even offering a separate room for vegetarian food. Overall it is a great place to stay if visiting the beutiful city of Luzerne.
