POHO Post Hotel Weggis Swiss Quality

Terrible management really poor service, Never book this hotel. Even when you call they don't answer and have a very arrogant attitude

This hotel is by far the worst hotel where I stayed in Switzerland - never again! The rooms are very dirty (spun hulls, dirty bath towels, pillows had stains, dirty windows...) Breakfast is paid separately 24francs a cheek! Already at 8.30 a.m. everything was empty nothing was replenished, choice all very low: only cold fried eggs, scrambled eggs, scruffy cut into rädli, ham, edamer, dried fruit, kiwi, cereal, white bread, only 1 type of yogurt...no nature... In addition, the cutlery was dirty. With the Teöler you had to sort out so that you could catch a reasonably clean plate! Even the coffee was so inedible! For this price I expect different bread, fine coffee, regional cheese, fresh fruit and meat.... Price performance ratio equal to zero!!! So bad through the tape! For al that pays man for a 2 bed room 188Fr + 48Fr breakfast. More like a 2 star hotel, but certainly not a 4 star! Really naughty....this is my first bad review I gave!!!

The review on this website is definitely false as is the photo which shows the Schweizerhof! The hotel is dated, grimy, filthy and neglected - as are the staff. Although they were friendly, they did not speak German and looked as if they hadn´t slept or showered in days. The rooms have almost no light, the carpets are old and stained, the sheets were wrinkled - were they clean? Hard to know. The breakfast was unappetising and the toilets in the breakfast area were disgusting. This is one of the very worst places I have ever stayed. If only people would write genuine reviews, then one could avoid such pitfalls :(
