Hotel Garni Torkelbuendte

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, although I have the impression that Bad Ragaz is not really a tumultuous city;). It takes a small 1/4 hour walk from the station. The room is very spacious, the (hard) bedding perfect to my taste, the bathroom small but functional. A tiny flat in the room, it lacks a little space and a seat suitable for working. The breakfast buffet is the same as the rest, very complete. This hotel is very comfortable, although it is a three star hotel. The value for money is (off season - in October) excellent.

We spent just one night here but just loved our stay! Our room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and we had a balcony as well. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. We were able to borrow a Swiss power adapter as we didn’t have one which was very convenient. We didn’t have a fridge in our room but there was a communal one and we all had our own section. The location is quiet and just a few minutes walk to the town centre. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the Thermal baths as well. If we ever return to this beautiful town we will stay here again!

We had a nice room. The hotel is very quite and not too far away from the Thermalbad. The breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly and you feel like at home from the moment you enter this Garni.
