Swiss Dreams Hotel Gallo

The cleanless and functionality of rooms is impeccable. My room was huge and comfortable. I really appreciated the bathroom newly renovated and the excellent shower. I would need some.more plugs tough.

This is a very lovely hotel, close enough to the centre to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet. The hotel manager couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are large, ours had a balcony with a good view of the town and large modern shower. Breakfast was very good. Faultless great location, clean and convenient with great service

The hotel owner left us at the door in the middle of the night and did not allow us to check in after 9pm. And this even though we had reached him by phone and the room was already paid for in advance. What kind of hotel does this offer in 2025 and on a weekend with a big event in the city no alternative check-in options? Yes, have not taken into account the official check-in time, but have also travelled from further afield from Germany. The manner of dealing with the hotel owner to just leave us standing was under all the sow. Such a hotel must not continue to operate, because a hotel has only one job - to offer guests accommodation! Write this behind your ears!
