The service is excellent. It is really quiet and beautiful. The breakfast is wholesome. The staff really goes out of their way to help. Lovely stay. I would definitely stay here again ( if can afford it :))

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and in very good condition. Good selection for breakfast. Since we travelled with a little toddler, the availibility of a fidge in the room was pretty handy. Location of the hotel is very good because Ascona and Locarno are located close by. Lots of free parking space available infront of the hotel.

Friendly staff, with whom we could have a laugh and a joke. Looked after us well, with special thanks to Egon (the artist). Rooms clean and comfortable. Good choice of breakfast options; there was enough for everyone. Relaxed in the bar and stayed for evening dinner a couple of times which was fine. I never saw a swimming pool ( there was a paddling pool on the lawn !) but the gym and sauna were ok Car parking was really handy and the location suited our needs for easy access to Locarno, Ponte Brolla, Ascona and the area in general. Everyone should go for a swim in the river at Ponte dei Salti near Lavertezzo.
