RAMADA LA PALMA AU LAC LOCARNO

I arrive at 5:11 PM, greet the bartender, and sit inside, in front of the desk. 3 young staff members are present. I tried to get the waiter's attention on at least 6 occasions. He passed by me twice to go to the reception. Nothing. It was not possible to order. At 5:54 PM I gave up.

What a marvelous place! The hotel is magnificent, very comfortable, the staff is lovely, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, at the spa, or with room service. The restaurant, for its part, offers refined dishes in a most pleasant setting. The spa is great, sauna/steam room, hot tubs on the terrace with a view of the magnificent lake. And as for the rooms, they are spacious, very well equipped, impeccably clean, well soundproofed and insulated (the air conditioning, for example, can be adjusted for each room independently). My daughter was wide-eyed, and the numerous activities and visits in the area kept us easily occupied throughout the stay. This is not the first time I have come, and it is certainly not the last.

The newly renovated rooms are very well done, the view of the lake, everything is perfect all around. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, and what makes this hotel truly special is all the staff, who are really very friendly, making for a great stay. I would come back anytime!
