It was all great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room top, great view. The garden beautiful and the breakfast tiptop. In addition, the location is perfect, you are within a short time at the front of the lake or in nearby fine Grottos. We will definitely come back.

Nice hotel in an old style villa - very charming. My room was on the 2nd floor (23), and even though it was a very hot day and no aircon, inside it was OK as the rooms were high, shutters closed. Ample parking place. Whereas dogs are allowed in the hotel, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, not even outside on the terrace. A pity, other hotels have no probem with dogs in the outside restaurants (e.g. Arosa Kulm). Might be a reason that we will look for another place next time.

We only stayed the one night, whilst attending a music festival in town. The hotel was charming, we stayed in a rooftop terrace suite with wonderful views. Breakfast was very nice, eaten in the patio in the gardens. Would definitely return to this hotel.
