Very clean, comfortable. Discreet and impeccable service. Generous breakfast. Well-located in relation to the train station, the lake, and the center. Quiet nights. Possible to rent a bike right next door. Very good value for money.

Great centrally located hotel with free private parking. Very hospitable staff and very clean everywhere. The restaurant pizzeria is internal and you eat very well but do not ask for a bottle of water because it costs 10 CHF. We are satisfied and for the next trip to Lugano we will definitely return here.

A perfect stay for my birthday! We chose the Hotel Colorado to celebrate with the family and we had a great time. The location is very convenient: in the center of Lugano, just 700 meters from the train station, easily accessible on foot. The room was large, cozy, clean and bright, with a nice balcony that gave us moments of relaxation and breathing. The breakfast buffet was a real treat: rich, varied and of excellent quality, with sweet and savory for all tastes. An awakening that smells of care and attention. A precious detail: they offered us the Ticino Ticket, which allowed us to use public transport free of charge during our stay—a convenience that we loved. The staff was friendly and helpful, helping to make our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you very much for making our trip to Lugano so special. We will return with joy!
