The hotel charged my credit card twice on 16 May and 18 May 2026 for my stay on 16-18 May 2026. I repeatedly wrote emails to the hotel and wrote messages on its official web site with supporting information requesting for a refund starting from July 2026. No responses were received until 7 August 2026 in which the hotel requested for additional information. I replied and provided the information immediately but again no responses were received afterwards despite sending follow-up emails and messages on its official web site repeatedly. I made an international call to follow up but the customer service simply said he did not understand (seems he can't understand English very well). I requested him to review the emails I sent to the hotel and provided a feedback. A few days after that, I followed up by email and whatsApp, but still no response is received. Extremely frustrated as I am still unable to get any response to my request, not to mention getting any refund due to the double charging.

On September 11, 2025, I made a reservation for October 4/5, 2025, with advance payment and free cancellation if done by September 28, 2025. On September 23, 2025, I canceled the reservation, but I was never given the refund. I contacted the property multiple times by phone and email, but to date I have still not received the refund.

Once this will have been a nice hotel, but it doesn't seem to be maintained anymore. We had chosen this hotel because of the pool for passing through. Pool water was not clean and terrace to sit there also outdated. There seems to be a bar, but it's closed at night. You can't eat at the hotel, only breakfast. Breakfast is reasonable but leaves something to be desired. Rooms are fine. Not very big, but for transit fine. Door of shower cubicle was broken. I do not recommend the hotel, especially for longer stays.
