Perfect room with 2 balconies, outdoor or covered parking, beautiful views, easily accessible from the highway, very friendly staff, and great breakfast (although a bit expensive). This will be my hotel in Lugano.

Very nice hotel. View spectacular! Great bar, wellness, Japanese teppan restaurant mega and exceptionally rich breakfast. Parking right next to the hotel and in summer a nice terrace. We're looking forward to it.

After coming to Lugano many times a year for more than 15 years, I discovered what is the best place to stay. Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!
