Charming hotel, facing the Dents du Midi. Impeccable room, clean and cozy spa, the tea and lemon water are welcome. Everything is planned for a relaxing stay. Meals at the Vieux-Chalet were delicate and delicious! Fresh and varied breakfast. The staff is welcoming, kind, and available. We are delighted with our romantic getaway! THANK YOU

Positive: Location, restaurant, parking included, staff at breakfast and spa Negative: Noise from neighbors and hotel entrance (we were on the 1st floor in the main building), too hot in the room, upon request no fan could be provided to us either, window had to remain open for air circulation, at the same time an aperitif was taking place in front of our room... Staff at reception partly poorly informed and not very helpful: when we asked what services are included with the visitor's tax, they said none... which is not true, however, since e.g. swimming pool is free

Very good experience. Everything is well thought out for couples. We had a high-quality, cozy, and intimate time. Thank you so much.
