I was supposed to check in on 01 Jan but then I saw the news. I asked to hotel for a refund since I was staying there 3 nights and they denied my request. So do t expect good customer service here.

A great welcome, a great location, a great panorama, a great breakfast, a super quiet night. An uncompetitive price in Cran-Montana. The building is showing its age but is very well maintained. The same goes for the furniture although the bathroom seems new.

Great value for money! Very clean and large double rooms. The rooms are simple but functional and have a great view. The large balcony with a chair and lounger is perfect. The bathroom is OK, but needs a little renovation soon. Very friendly staff and good breakfast buffet.
