Nice hotel, nice rooms, but disappointed compared to the promise, as much by the team as by our dinner at the bistrot des ours, and by the pool. Too bad.

Very pleasant experience at Le Pas de l’Ours, I highly recommend this place. A well-kept, chic, yet family-friendly place where you feel at home. A very professional welcome and unparalleled kindness. Victor and the entire team were extraordinary, thanks to them. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the professionalism and kindness of the staff, the quality of the facilities, as well as the comfort of the rooms. The children loved their experience and every member of the family was able to fully enjoy their stay. A big thank you to the whole team for their attention to detail and their sense of hospitality. We are leaving with wonderful memories and will return with great pleasure.
