Hotel Carpe Diem

Sensational! Incredible! We went to Carpe Diem for the first time on New Year's Eve 2023 and since we left, the kids haven't stopped asking to come back!!! That's why we returned in the first week of August 2023 with our 7 and 4 year old children, much to their joy and ours, of course! Because after all, this is the perfect place for a super mom to truly rest for a few days!!! Dad also relaxes and has a lot of fun! But when it comes to children, I have no words to describe it! This time, I'm not going to evaluate the meals, accommodation, leisure area, service and structure (everything wonderful!), I really want to share the memories!!! Memories created in our children as a family! These are for life! Strengthening the family bond on days of lots of fun, joy and safety! The laughter, the full belly and the pleasant tiredness of someone who enjoyed themselves too much at the end of the day are priceless! Super safe and welcoming where we can make the children feel comfortable! Uncle Meio-Kilo, Aunt Leão, Aunt Siri are truly fantastic, beyond words! Great to come back and see them! Renan, Kate, Andre, the reception staff, all the bar and restaurant employees, maids and general staff, Dona Dalva in the kitchen, Graciela, Nata, Donizete and the entire team, thank you very much and congratulations for your work and care!! We hope to return soon, after all, I already know that next week I will start to hear: Papaya, when are we going back to Cape Dimmm???

We stayed 2 nights in a spacious family room. Our 2 children had proper beds, unless most hotels who provide uncomfortable sofa or makeshift beds. Lots of cupboards & hanging space which is important for families in a winter resort. Hotel is in a central location of the village. Pick-up and drop-off by the hotel vehicle. Hosts were always willing to help, advise or just have a chat. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations.

My family and I arrived on a cold snowy night in Saas Fee to be picked up by the hotel cab with the friendliest warmest welcome I have ever recieved from any hotel I have ever experienced. Upon arriving at the hotel after a short drive we were also amazed by the friendliness of the rest of the Staff. such a warm welcome by a small family team who run the hotel. the next morning at breakfast we were made to feel very welcome again and were even driven with the hotel cab free of charge upto the ski lifts to collect our passes. Have to say the warm friendly atmosphere lasted right up untill we were taken back to the carpark on our departure and I am sure the kind nature of the staff didn't stop with us leaving. A wonderfull hotel , we will be returning without a doubt. thank you.
