Wonderful ski holiday over the Christmas period We felt very good in the hotel. The food is excellent. Always varied. Even a second look was given to us. You could always find something suitable for breakfast in the morning. The choice of sausages and goats was very good. There were always fresh rolls. At noon we had a warm soup and various cakes or desserts. The dinner has always tasted very good. The spa area was very nice for us. After skiing you could relax here wonderfully, try various saunas or swim in the pool. In addition, you could book facials or massages. I had decided on a full body massage and this was TOP! We had booked 2 double rooms. Our children (22 +16) got a nice double room. We were surprised with a large suite. Thanks again for that! We will definitely come back and the hotel is our first choice for the destination Saas-Fee!🥰

The hotel is very nice and the staff nice, though sometimes a bit impersonal. The suite is very nice and spacious. Very good food and really surprised us. Also, the individual courses are well matched in size, so you can eat the whole menu well. The Mood is special. It is styled with metal, art and glass. If you like something like this, you'll love the hotel. We were slain by it. In the background (path to the lift, vestibule to the rooms, it partly looks like a storage room inf is already a bit old.

Located on a quiet side street (no through traffic) in the heart of Saas Almagell. The bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, and the valley station of the chairlift is right next to the hotel. Those arriving by car are asked to deposit the key at reception. The car is then parked by the hotel staff in the area, and upon request the location of the vehicle is provided. Nice and spacious rooms, comfortable bed. There are plenty of seating (including comfortable sofa) and closets. However, the «desk» can only be used to a limited extent since coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle etc. transferred. Very clean. Breakfast buffet with immense selection of hot and cold dishes. Fresh, partly local products. The buffet is constantly replenished. The dinners served as part of the half-board are tastefully cooked and attractively presented. Very friendly and service-oriented staff throughout. Discreet and efficient in the restaurant, sometimes appearing overzealous at the reception. Several of the employees have problems understanding Swiss dialect. The owners actively and attentively take care of every guest every day. The ostensibly positive overall impression of the house is diminished in the aftermath of the stay by easily avoidable, but sometimes serious-looking details, which should not be «state of the art» in a ****S hotel. Examples would be drill holes open in the room with protruding dowels, adventurous (but permissible) electrical installations, damaged wall decorations and the paid coffee. In addition, the guests' car keys, which are stored immediately visible and freely accessible to everyone, as well as the erroneous final invoice, are unpleasantly noticeable.
