Beautiful hotel, family atmosphere, professional organization. Great room, very good bed, pillows, and duvet. You sleep excellently. The breakfast fulfills all wishes. The employees are guest-oriented and friendly. And the owners greet you even when they are there. Zermatt is worth vacationing in, and with a stay at the Hotel Chesa Valese, this vacation is made truly pleasant for you.

The hotel was classic Swiss Chalet in a great location. Easy to get to shopping, Gornergrat railway and the train. The hotel has pick up service from the train so you don't have to cart luggage thru town. The breakfast was good. We could see the Matterhorn from our room. The place is very clean.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay. Get the room with the view of Matterhorn , it is well worthed!.The whole property -in and out- is "Swiss perfection", including de breakfeast The amazing friendly stuff went out of their way to answer any questions and helped us store our luggage, and deliver it to us to the train station, in order to enjoy more Zermatt , after the check out time! We will be back.
