We spend one weekend with our 2 kids. The stay was perfect. Beautiful room in front of the Matterhorn. The swimming pool facility is excellent, I think the best from Zermatt. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice and local cheese and meat. There is a play room with snooker and a trampoline in the garden for the kids. We had dinner with the famous Chateaubriand cut in front of you and accompanied with truffle fries and vegetables, trully delicious. If you go to Zermatt this is the place to stay!

A personalized welcome; from your arrival, you feel well surrounded. Beautiful, spacious, and functional rooms; ours had a balcony overlooking the Matterhorn. A magnificent pool, in my opinion the largest in Zermatt, as well as an ideal SPA after a day of hiking.

- very attentive and helpful staff - very well soundproofed and clean room - possibility of having a thicker and firmer pillow is welcome - very good and complete breakfast, with even freshly squeezed orange-strawberry juice - very clean, complete, and calm SPA
