The hotel is very close to the train station, making it very convenient to walk to. There are also many good restaurants near the hotel. The rooms are small and have limited amenities, but our focus was on exploring the main city. There's a balcony to relax on. The breakfast was delicious, and they had an egg boiler if needed. The coffee was good.

Nice room with antique charm. Enjoyed our balcony and loved the free breakfast. Capacious bathtub was delightful. Nice if not luxurious.

Chrisanthi checked us in when we arrived. She was pleasant and very efficient. We were very pleased that our rooms were ready earlier than expected. We especially liked having a balcony. It was helpful to be able to check out but leave our luggage in storage for several hours so we could enjoy Zermatt a bit longer.
