Hotel Couronne Superior

Very friendly staff and very well located in Zermatt !! I would highly recommend it !

This hotel is an absolute gem. We stayed 3 nights in a double room deluxe balcony. The room was spacious, very clean, very quiet and we had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The bed was so comfy! They provide you with slippers, robes and even a backpack for hikes, should you need it. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with a good amount of choice as well as made to order omelettes. Little added touches like the La Couronne logo on the cappucinos were sweet. As others have mentioned you get a free afternoon tea that includes 2 different sweet cakes/tarts each day. Their spa is really lovely - saunas, outdoor heated pool (with view of Matterhorn), indoor pool and even a snow room! The location is excellent. Away from the main street but only a 10 minute easy walk from the train. I can barely fault this hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here and it was the best hotel we stayed at in Switzerland.

beautiful establishment for a short stay very well located 3 minutes from the church, quick reception and very nice as the taxi driver who also very nice, beautiful room with well equipped balcony with big screen and all chains, an outdoor pool of hot water that overlooks the road without being seen , grandiose effect and view of the Matterhorn it is great , an indoor pool of perfect hot water after a long walk with sauna and an ice cave of the most beautiful effect, good and hearty breakfast there is nothing missing with very nice collaborators, to be redone with room balcony view Matterhorn
