Hotel Eden Wellness

This is a fabulous hotel! Perfect in every way. We were there for 7 nights and had reserved the top floor junior suite. It was very spacious, immaculate, and had a perfect view of the Matterhorn. The balcony flower boxes were beautiful and we noticed many passers by stopping to take photos of them. The buffet breakfast was exactly as we expected it to be with many choices and omlettes, etc. were cooked to order. They had a very pleasant lounge area as well as a beautiful lawn in front of the hotel. We did not use the fitness/spa areas but we did look at them and wished we took the time out from hiking to enjoy them. Their location was perfect for us on the Reidstrasse. It was very close to 3 of our favorite restaurants, across from the Fuchs Bakery, and a two minute walk to a small grocery store. Plus we were just a couple of minutes to the access to lifts to Furi, Schwarsee, Trockener Steg, and the Klein Matterhorn. Their staff was very friendly and accommodating. We have been to Zermatt at least 12 times in all seasons and wish we had discovered this hotel sooner. We highly recommend it.

Very warm welcome and attentive support during our stay. Beautiful ambiance with lovingly arranged details. A great place to feel comfortable and spend relaxing days with an impressive view of the Matterhorn. We will be back.

Optimally located, central yet quiet, friendly and clean and tastefully furnished, lots of wood, yet modern, wellness area and lobby to linger in, great 4**** hotel, would love to come back anytime.
