Hotel Firefly

The Firefly Hotel has become much more than just a place I’ve stayed—it’s a place I genuinely look forward to returning to. I’ve stayed six times and visited even more often, and each time I leave with the same feeling: this place is special. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna make it easy to completely unwind, and the breakfast and bar are always something to look forward to. But what keeps bringing me back is the people. The staff and owners have created something that feels warm, personal, and welcoming in a way that is hard to find. Whether with family or friend, whether for just a night or an extended stay, I always feel at home. That’s what makes the Firefly so memorable—it doesn’t just feel like a hotel. It feels like a place you become attached to. I’m very grateful to have found it, and I know I’ll keep coming back.

We chose the Firefly for our honeymoon and it truly could not have been more perfect! The facilities are extremely clean and the pool was the perfect temperature. I'm so glad we visited during quiet season as we were able to have the pool to ourselves twice a day every day, I wish we could have taken it home with us! There is also the cutest branding on everything and makes the whole place feel so put together. The balcony and view were lovely. There were building works across from us but that wasn't the hotel's fault at all and my husband made light of the situation, plus they were done by the time we got home. We also played pool in Bar 55 which was very relaxed and just as welcoming as the rest of the hotel. The hotel is the perfect distance from the town and is only a short walk to the cable cars that take you up to the mountains! The forest fun park is also super fun and the walk over has a perfect view of the Matterhorn! The room itself was great for the price, the kitchenette saved us a lot of money since there is a little shop in town and breakfast served to us in the morning was a lovely service! All in all, we truly didn't want to leave and we would love to come back and visit one day! Thank you so much again for the perfect honeymoon stay!
