Great hotel with Excellent indoor swimming pool. Fresh towels, jacuzzi, spa, very very clean. On arrival we were collected from the station by the hotel transport which was very smooth and fast, hotel reception very helpful and friendly. Excellent room (room 2) with absolutely great balcony with fabulous view of the Matterhorn. The room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. Dressing gowns and slippers available. There is no air conditioning so did get a little warm. Coffee Machine available with small fridge. Bathroom was good but shower head constantly fell off which was frustrating. Nice large settee in room. Breakfast excellent with breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, yoghurts, eggs and a choice of omelette, scrambled eggs made to order. I asked for tea and they only had earl grey but said they would get English breakfast tea the next day and there it was the next morning. Short walk into town so would definitely recommend a stay here

Fabulous hotel with some of the friendliest and most efficient staff I’ve ever met. From the initial check in they couldn’t help enough, and the waiting staff in the restaurant were similarly lovely. The room was beautiful with great views, very clean, lovely bed and bathroom. Quality fittings and equipment including excellent coffee machine. The breakfast was excellent and although we didn’t eat here of an evening as we like to explore, the dinner menu looked really interesting. The pool and spa areas were superb, the hotel was really well maintained and the wifi was also very good. The hotel is an easy stroll into the centre and railway station, although they also offer a transfer service. If I could give this hotel more stars, I would. I can’t recommend it highly enough - it’s exceptional.

A beautiful hotel , very friendly staff. Great service. Everything very clean and made with love. Spa area very nice. After a great day of skiing, just the thing to relax and rest. We have experienced 6 great days. Thanks to the whole team. We would definitely come back.
