Matterhorn Hostel

Pay attention to the cancellation policies which are totally roberry! I've cancelled my booking more than 14 days prior, and the hotel charges me about 75% of the total amount! Quite expansive for not even spending one minute there! I also highline the lack of your flexibility of the mangement, who simply hide behind the policy. Avoid at any cost this place, and rahter go the YH hostel.

This place is cheap but ok get what you pay for. No towels provided. Rooms are old and run down. Some lockers are big and some are small, bring your own lock. Shower drains don’t work so your feet stand in water after a few seconds. Really weird clientele, room always smelled like sweaty clothing. Person who checked me in the first time was not friendly and seemed angry.

There is absolutely no sense of hospitality or customer service! I had the worst experience booking a reservation here. Do not choose this hostel under any circumstances even if this is the last resort (trust me: it's not worth the hassle).
