We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of August and it was a very pleasant discovery. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly thought out. The view of the Matterhorn is simply unbeatable. The pool and spa offer a breathtaking panorama; certainly one of the most beautiful views I have had the chance to discover so far in Zermatt. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent: high-quality products, enhanced in colorful, original, and carefully crafted recipes. A real pleasure at every meal. But what also particularly contributed to making our stay pleasant is the team. We met a warm, friendly, and attentive staff, always available and welcoming. The fact that several languages are spoken, French, German, English, Spanish, and certainly many others, is really very appreciable and valuable in an international establishment like this one. We stayed at this hotel with great pleasure and left with a very good impression. A place we recommend without hesitation and where we will certainly return with great pleasure!

Very nice hotel. Amazing view. Very nice staff. We came each year for a very special occasion. Bad points: working in process near the hotel: lot of noise from around 7.00 am to 6 pm, but we were not told. We hear the music of the terrace all day and evenig. Swimming pool and jacuzzi too cold.

This is an outstanding family-owned hotel, perched about 100m above the village, affording it unrivalled views of the Matterhorn. The hotel has its own tunnel and lift from the village, a superb gastronomie restaurant and wine list and a fantastic infinity indoor/outdoor pool with Matterhorn view. The staff could not have been more professional, friendly or helpful, and an initial problem with our room allocation was solved with very good grace by a move to a nicer room. Some rooms are quieter than others as some look over the hotel's "View" terrace bar which is open to non residents and popular. A brilliant stay - at one of the best if not the the best hotel in Zermatt
