We always come back here, for the convenience and certain exceptional staff members. For others, the sense of customer relations and condescension needs to be reviewed. By phone and out of habit, we request a room with a pool view with a 9-year-old child. The pool is under construction... early July 2026... then we book for 07/28, we do get the pool view with a pool available but the TV does not work. We are told that there is nothing they can do... we book again from 08/09 to 08/11/26, with a terrace on the pool side. We first get a room without a terrace, then a room with a terrace but with more of a parking lot view than a pool view... but there you go, we continue to trust them because despite the inconveniences we give them the benefit of the doubt because we have spent so many nights here. Hoping to be read, understood, and listened to. Regarding the L'Oxygène restaurant... top-notch!!! Even if closed on Sunday evening.

Although we arrived at check-in time, we had to wait an hour and a half to access our dirty room. First of all, we were given the key to an occupied room. We came face-to-face with its occupant coming out of his bathroom. When we reported it to the front desk, we were immediately redirected to another room that was not adapted for a person with reduced mobility. It was during our third return to the front desk that we were asked to wait an hour and a half for our room to become available, with two small bottles of Coke as a consolation prize. Finally, we had the pleasure of enjoying an uncleaned room, such as these nightstands covered in film.

I stayed at this hotel using a Smartbox. Overall, the experience was decent, although there are some aspects that could be improved, especially considering the category of the establishment. Before our arrival, I had sent two emails requesting an extra bed for my son, but I did not receive a response. When I contacted the establishment by phone, I was advised to include the request in the notes of the reservation, which I did. However, upon our arrival, the bed was not present in the room, but the staff took care of the situation by offering us a room change after a brief wait. At check-in, there was only one employee present, so we had to wait a bit. The room was clean and located in a quiet area, aspects that were certainly appreciated. The breakfast, on the other hand, was rather simple and had a limited selection compared to what one would expect from a 4-star hotel and the price paid. Additionally, during breakfast, the environment was a bit noisy, and some tables were not immediately ready, but we still found a solution, unfortunately having to clean a table ourselves. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but with a bit more attention to organization and service, it could become an even better experience. I am not sure if I would stay at this hotel again in the future.
