This hotel is staffed by friendly, welcoming people who can't do enough to make you feel at home. The hotel is located next to Lake Geneva and the grounds are beautifully kept. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We ate in all the restaurants and every meal was a delight. The spa and pools are wonderful and maintained to the highest standard. Everything about our stay in this hotel was fabulous and we hope to return to stay here again next year. Thank you to all the staff who made our visit so memorable.

Our stay at Beau-Rivage Palace was absolutely exquisite. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected the timeless elegance and exceptional hospitality for which this iconic property is known. The room was beautifully appointed, impeccably maintained, and offered the perfect blend of classic luxury and modern comfort. Every member of the staff was warm, gracious, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The level of service was flawless without ever feeling pretentious. Beau-Rivage Palace truly embodies world-class luxury hospitality. The stunning setting on Lake Geneva, impeccable accommodations, and outstanding service created an unforgettable experience. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking one of Europe’s finest luxury hotels!

We gave a 5 star rating, despite some serious shortcomings in the room. This concerns the electric installations, switches, lights, aircondition - all of which are wrongly connected. For example, when you switch off the light at night, the aircon goes off as well. Reading lights cannot be switched on or off individually but are included in the overall main lights of the room. And a few more tripfalls as such. However, the quality and service of this hotel is outstanding and we shall return.. We understand that there are renovated rooms where the electrical systems have been corrected. We tried to see such a room, to plan a return visit, but sadly reception was not helpfull at all and after the third visit to Front Office - we gave up. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we shall return.
