This is our second time staying in this hotel. As with our last time we booked directly with the hotel. On each occasion, Kamal at reception has looked after us exceptionally well. She is so kind and helpful and ensured we got a superb lake view room. The bed is very comfortable and bathroom clean and shower very good. Breakfast was delicious

Room was very basic with old carpets & curtains & coffees machne broken... Very poor value given high price for triple room... Staff were ok but reception was shabby & breaffast cost extra at CHF15.. Should be included.

This was a wonderful large room for a city centre hotel. There is car parking on site. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and when we had a problem were very efficient in helping to address it. Very clean and comfortable and an excellent breakfast. Also easy with our dog, which is unusual for city stays - grass and easy walking behind the hotel. Lift right by the doors. Excellent.
