For me, this was the first stay at this hotel. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious for one person, and the daylight bathroom was also roomy. The location right by the train station is ideal. I would gladly come back.

3 nights in this hotel ideally located (near train station, old Lausanne...), very pleasant personalized welcome...BUT One bed in 140 only pillows more reminiscent of camping than the 4-star hotel a mattress in the shape of a kayac The nights were more than difficult! Remember that you stay in a hotel to sleep... or relax. The hot breakfast dishes, over the 3 days, were very lukewarm... The spacious shower, very nice, except the hot water that was broken... only compensation, a cup of unripe fruit! We were promised that the bedding was being changed starting with the 6th floor... where we were only on the 3rd floor! The hotel has beautiful architecture from the beginning of the last century...like beds and hot water system seems! Not compensation for all these inconveniences...Although I repeat, the staff at the reception was very pleasant. But 650€ for 3 nights including 2 without hot water, cold breakfasts, and very bad bedding, it is very expensive paid!! We can not recommend!

Hotel located almost opposite the station, so convenient for those who have to travel by train. All my gratitude and esteem for Mrs. Rossana of the reception. She is the calling card of this hotel. Professionalism and empathy are not always obvious skills and I assure you that they make a difference. My room was large and comfortable and the bathroom ..udite ..udite with a huge window!!! What about..'surprenant'!!!! I will return to Lausanne and definitely rebook the room here!!
