Well-located hotel in the city center, room with a mountain view is rather pleasant but without air conditioning!!! Too hot to sleep, you have to open the windows and that is a big problem because the ultra-noisy guests are on the terrace, impossible to sleep, Chinese restaurant not very well-maintained and employees (French) without skills or even unpleasant, basic breakfast more like a campsite, to be avoided, there is better in Villars

I stay at this hotel regularly. It perfectly meets my expectations in Villars (location, restaurant, room, etc.). The terrace is exceptional. The service is very good, with a special mention for the people at the front desk and those at breakfast! The point to watch is the bar service. We often wait a long time! Last point, the interior design of the premises is very polished and original.

Lovely village, hotel is well situated and very well set up. Room was exceptional, view of valley lovely. Pool, sauna and steam room modern, clean and well appointed. Desk staff were very professional, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Dinners were very disappointing, no choice, cheap ingredients, slow staff. We were on a premium tour with Senior Discovery Tours and did not pay for reconstituted fruit salad as desert two days in a row, or a huge sausage with over processed mashed potatoes and sloppy spinach.
