STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM. (Other reviews say similar) The still owe me 1400 Euros from a booking I cancelled in November 2019. I have spoken to them 10 times by telephone, countless by Whatsapp and many times by email They promise, promise and promise to pay but never do. I will continue to contact them until I feel necessary to call the police into it, which will be soon. Just spoke to them again 5 minutes ago and was told they will call me. I will not get a call, I know this. They even called me back using my name, so they've clearly saved my name in their phone so they can either avoid my call or have some spiel ready. Amazing that they can afford to close their old place & name Casa Heinrich down, rebuild, redecorate and rename it The Henry, but they can't afford to pay me my refund

Due to lockdown restrictions, I was not able to arrive. The hotel was informed accordingly. They proposed to reschedule my visit. Unfortunately, It was not a suitable option for me. Thus I requested a refund of prepayment. During a couple of months I was totally ignored, my numerous letters remained unreplied. At the end of the day, they did not reimburse costs even when force major circumstances accrued and confirmed.

We were a bit disappointed in this establishment. The automatic key entry was confusing as it asked for a 4 digit pin code( the PIN code on Booking .com was not the one to let you in) Fortunately other guests came out while we were pondering the situation and told us they had the same problem. The code is the last 4 didgits of your confirmation number?? The room was quite small but the bathroom was adequate& there was a small kitchenette good for making a cup of tea/coffee. I personally think it is misrepresented on the on the booking websites.
