I stayed at the hotel on two different days and used two different rooms. Pros: • Very good location, central and easy to reach • Friendly and helpful staff Cons: • Parking: Contrary to expectations, there was no parking available. • On the first day, I had to avoid a side street and return to the parking meter regularly to pay up. • On the second day, I was directed to the parking garage at the Opera House, which means a comparatively long and cumbersome walk to the hotel with luggage. • Dealing with lost items: • I forgot a charging cable in my first room and reported it directly at check-out. • I was assured that the room was free and the cable would be put aside. • However, at later check-in and request, the charging cable was no longer detectable, although no other guest was said to be in the room. Conclusion: The location and staff are to be emphasized positively. However, the lack of parking facilities and the handling of lost property are clear weaknesses that should be improved.

Correct room hotel too but the receptionist very average bordering on arrogance see incompetence In the evening I couldn’t get a bottle of sparkling water for the room but I was offered it at the bar but in glass

Exceptional location; central, behind the Opera building next to the historic center and the lake. About 15 minutes walk from the Central Train Station or a few steps from the tram stop if you can't walk. It shares reception and common facilities, except elevator , with Hotel Opera of higher category. We would say that it is in a wing of the building. Phenomenal reception attended us a girl who spoke perfect Spanish very friendly and efficient q gave us all kinds of information. Very good quality breakfast with natural juice good coffee and in well-served lounge with modern, elegant and cozy decoration. Clean triple room with comfortable mattresses and all kinds of amenities that were replenished daily. Good size except the bathroom and especially the shower still enough. The only catch; the absence of air conditioning q supplement with 2 powerful fans, as it wasn't very hot, we didn't have to use them but I don't think there would be a big problem in opening the windows In short, comfortable stay, great location and moderate price considering s Zurich is not exactly cheap.
