Good hotel with excellent customer service. The rooms are quiet and sufficiently appointed and the breakfast was tasty and varied. Internet was quick and the desk was just about big enough and the parking was easy. I am staying again tomorrow - can't be bad!

Myself and my wife stayed at the Moxy in Zürich for 3 nights. Could not fault anything. Would like to say that Jose from reception was very kind and considerate and very professional. A solid asset to Moxy at Zurich, well done Jose.

I’ve been staying at Marriott’s Moxy hotels for years, and I think it’s a great concept when you arrive late in the evening, need a place to sleep, and have to get going again early the next morning. I was a little concerned when I read some of the first reviews of this new Moxy, which has only been open since the beginning of the year. Indeed, check-in wasn’t particularly fast, especially considering I had already checked in through the Bonvoy app, but the staff member who helped me was friendly and professional. The room was exactly what I expect from a Moxy, and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. As a Bonvoy Platinum member, I was offered a complimentary drink. However, when I wanted to order a beer, I was told the voucher could only be used for a homemade iced tea. In that case, I’d rather they didn’t offer a complimentary drink at all. Overall, it’s simply a perfectly good Moxy, and it does exactly what I expect from the brand.
