The location of the hotel is good, fully equipped, there are many parking spaces in the car park, but the meals and guests can still not stop, the room is comfortable, clean, helpful in the maintenance, the pool rescuers are enthusiastic and kind; but the room light is too dark, the previously welcoming fruit is placed in the room, not knowing when to change to the elevator door on each floor, when the stay just hit the newly welcoming fruit about 18: 00, only five small apples, 15: 00 - 18: 00 the guests who stayed in the room do not know there are welcoming fruits. Outside, the manager of attached equipment (piscine, gym, etc.) desk lady, service attitude is unparalleled, used screaming to want guests to sign, and ask guests questions (what facilities to use? room number? How many people? to sign......... It is simple and "strong", like debt, see a few similar comments on Google map reviews, the higher level does not seem to feel a problem. When returning to the restaurant for dinner, I heard the service staff touring the dining table, using the wireless conversation, even if there is a bad place to do, should not be murmured in front of guests, I can't imagine that the five-star hotel will have so many explosive quality of the service staff, the cold air of the whole house in July will shake.

Both of them had dinner at the State Council. When checkout, the serviceman requires to use two different credit cards, because one enjoys a popular discount rate over 65 years old, and the other is a general adult rate, so you must use two different credit cards. It is unreasonable to tell the waitress, and the waitress insists that this is the hotel's requirement. What is the logic of this hotel ?

Location is average, seems like walking distance to most places being in the city center but yet not quite exactly walking distance especially with the rain. The room is a good size, so is the bathroom with both standing shower and a bathtub. Water pressure in the shower is good. The power supply is only at 110v so the hair dryer is weak and takes a while to dry the hair. I've read comments about the weak hair dryer earlier so I brought my own but didn't expect the power supply to be so weak my own wouldn't work Bed and pillow are a little soft for my liking. Charging sockets are also limited and while there were 2 universal sockets at the working desk, they are so close to each other you can't plug in both at the same time. There's also a pool and gym here but we didn't get to use it during our short stay here. There's also a sand pit play area for kids on the same level as the pool and gym.
