I can't recommend this hotel at all. The lobby looks quite nice, but the rooms are old and in urgent need of renovation. The carpet is totally worn, there is dirt in the corners and overall the rooms...

I think the Park City Hotel is one of the nicer hotel options within Hualien City itself, given the relative lack of other major hotel chains. The location is very central and rooms were comfortable...
