旅店規劃1＆2館，也就是新舊館之分，兩館隔著乙條大馬路，舊館沒有飲水機，必需走過大馬路（車多危險）裝水，而且房間設備老舊隔局又小，讓人覺得付費一樣卻有差別待遇，希望旅店改善
