1. Booking.com should review this hotel. It is against your treat customer fairly policy 2. This definitely not a 4 star property. At best a 2 star 3. Room smells though the bedsheets are good. 4. Toilets bathroom fittings horrible 5. Pictures in the web and the real room are so contrasting. 6. Parking for guests is quite good if you are looking for that 7. Breakfast is plain horrible 8. Reception area is unkempt. 9. Even doors are old Watch my feedback and let’s make this platform a great place to inform unsuspecting guests.

It was totally a terrible experience when I was having our engagement dinner there last year! Thought it should be a great place for us to treat our family and friends. They agreed us for the whole deal we made at the first place, then they kindda reject for everything we requested as they told us we made a "great deal". I understood that I was not paying super high as a normal wedding package( but they also understood my situation and that I was a special case who is not having the common wedding as people do), so I compromised, I didn't make any music nor activities as I was 100% aware that we were under a "great deal"! we walked in as a normal guest, just like a family reunion party like they asked for. However, it turns out my friends were not satisfied because there was no food been refilled! It was only 8:30PM and not even close to the closing time! It's too ridiculous! I didn't make the dinner complementary, I PAID! only 180 people came but 200 people we paid, we shouldn't be treated like that! some of my friend came late but they didn't have anything to eat, just a few leftover! even if that day we walk in as a small party, they should refill the table, it's a Buffet restaurant! so-called the best vegetarian restaurant? I dont' feel any good thing there.they concern only money, not people. 我們不是沒有付錢，我們想不通。即便是一般身分個別到自助餐廳用餐，他們也應該要捕菜的，才晚上八點半，還有很多人沒有吃到餐點，他們就停止補菜了，要是我知道這是一間掛羊頭賣狗肉的餐廳，我寧願選擇到一般高檔素食餐廳而不是這"假高檔自助餐廳"!省成本省到客人吃不到他們的用心!非常不推薦大家在那裏聚餐(小時後以為那裏很高檔)

It's a vegetarian restaurant. Nowadays many people are choosing vegetarian dishes instead of non-vegetarian dishes for all-you-can-eat buffet. Why? Maybe they believed that it is more healthy. But the truth? I do not know. I think that modest food intake is better, even you go to buffet restaurant. They served a variety of food made of vegetables and fruits, etc. However ,I am more concerned about the waste of the food. So I asked the manager there what they did with the leftover. She told me that they will throw away. Why not giving the employees who work there? "Oh, you will see a crowd of people fighting for food after work!" she responded. "SO What?" I think. Why not giving those people in need, whether they worked there or not? It might help some people without wasting the food. Even I am a paid customer, I still proposed that giving the food to those people in need, whether it is from the supermarkets or the restaurants, as long as it is edible and fresh.
