We had a wonderful and relaxing 3 nights stay. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. The bathroom had a decent size hot spring bath and shower. We liked the fact that all the drinks and snacks/noodles etc in the room were free which was replenished daily. For breakfast you had the option of either the Chinese or Western (the Chinese one was particularly good) including the small buffet. The hotel is easy to get to (bus stop is opposite the hotel) and is only a 5 min walk to old street. The service was very good and room service was always prompt. The staff were polite and helpful. If you want a relaxing retreat and a nice soak in a hot spring in a nice peaceful surrounding then definitely give this place a go.

I had purchased a hot spring ticket in advance. I paid more to make a reservation for Riverview. I contacted the hotel and told them to specify the date, but they said no. I couldn't make a reservation continuously due to hotel problems. They were not kind. I managed to make a reservation, but they assigned me to the second floor.
