The House B&B

Even location is really close to the main street in Kenting but noise didn't come inside with you. I stayed in the third floor (two windows) double bed room, clean and tidy, have guide map plus bathtub, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush / paste, towel, etc. The only one thing bit annoyed is it is really bright during day time, so better have an eye cover. Service is great by the way, have really easy going boss and hostess. Oh! You have breakfast delivered to your room even!

Basically the B & B or hotel in Kinding (Kenting) area are quite pricey, I didn't have much choices within my budget and criteria. I booked "The House" was because, according to the photos, the walls of their rooms are all attached to the ceilings. It is because I saw some of the B & B's rooms, the wall does not reached the ceiling got a gap there. From the photos bed looks pretty comfy, not so "square" , and I was right, the bed was quite comfortable. One thing that I didn't really like was the toilet, didn't have door, my room was already not bad, cause, the toilet bowl was inside the glass room. I saw some that is outside the glass room, and the room doesn't have any ventilating fan, hygienically not good at all. We booked a room that without window, that was lucky, because, just opposite to the B & B there was a temple, they do chanting at around 7~10pm, we almost couldn't hear any noise inside the room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Location was really good, just 1 min walk to the main street, the night market area. Overall, it was GOOD, but if they can have a door for the toilet I think would be excellent!

The location is convenient, 1 min walk to the main street. The room is kinda small,especially if you're traveling with suitcases, also, there's no elevator here. This hotel is better for couples 'cause there's no privacy in room, toilet and shower are separated from bed by a piece of glass. Water pressure is low, Most TV channels are blurry probably because the signal is poor. Staffs are friendly and helpful, but parking is limited, better call beforehand if you need a parking space. They do bring your breakfast to the room, it's not great breakfast but you get what you pay; I assume most guests are young so it could get noisy at night. It's not a bad deal, but there're tons of B&Bs around,I'm pretty sure it's not difficult to find a cheaper one.
