This Resort sits among the beach and I loved it for a chill getaway! The complimentary breakfast buffets were amazing. This resort has a lots of options for everyone; They have Indoor games; table tennis; swimming, pool volleyball net, and so much more! Great place for families with kids. It has many pools, water slides and lazy rivers.

Bed with insects Friend room floor and mortar
I ask you when to clean up
They answered that yesterday only had students gone
If a real student just walked how could there be insects in bed
There are some scraps next to the bed The whole feel dirty
Sleeping is uncomfortable

We recently stayed at the YOHO Hotel, and while there were a few positive aspects, the overall experience was deeply disappointing, particularly given its supposed 4-star rating. Here's a breakdown of my stay:
Staff: The staff was a highlight, as they were friendly and welcoming. However, their limited English proficiency made communication challenging at times. Thankfully, this wasn’t a major issue, as their warmth and willingness to help bridged the gap.
Breakfast: The breakfast was simple and acceptable but fell far short of 4-star expectations. The selection was limited, and the quality was average at best, resembling something you’d expect from a budget hotel rather than a 4* property.
Rooms and Cleanliness: The condition of the rooms was a significant letdown. They were outdated, with visible signs of wear and tear, and the cleanliness was subpar. It’s clear that little effort has been made to maintain or refresh the accommodations, which felt neglected and far below the advertised standard.
Public Areas and Facilities: The state of the public areas was nothing short of disgraceful. The building itself is in poor condition, with many areas appearing old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The pool area was particularly off-putting, with grime and neglect evident throughout. The fitness center was the worst offender—moldy, filthy carpets and disgusting, outdated equipment made it unusable. It’s shocking that such facilities are offered to guests, and I suspect they would fail any proper health or safety inspection.
Safety Concerns: Adding to the disappointment, some areas posed safety risks. The wooden stairs, for instance, were partially broken, making them hazardous and easy to trip on. This level of neglect is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming a 4-star status.
Value for Money: The hotel is grossly overpriced for what it offers. The management seems focused on squeezing money out of a dilapidated property without investing in necessary upkeep or renovations. This approach leaves guests with a substandard experience that doesn’t justify the cost.
Overall: I would not recommend the YOHO Hotel, nor would I return. While the friendly staff was a small redeeming factor, the outdated rooms, filthy public areas, hazardous conditions, and abysmal facilities make this a place to avoid. For the price, you can find far better options that actually deliver on quality and comfort. Save your money and look elsewhere.
