Great stay with family.. loved proximity to the beach.. After reading reviews about facility being old, I was pleasantly surprised. Water pressure and heat great, pools clean. Kid area fun. Only suggest for kid play area 1. Increase morning hours 2. Install a buzzer from area to front desk when help is needed Would stay again

We stayed here for two nights. On arrival we walked from our room to the swimming pool only to find a stream of dirty smelly water running across the path. This was either from a drain or a sewer. Up until the day we left this continued and one day we had to find a detour to get to the swimming pool. The stench was quite unpleasant. There are several pools for children and one for adults. The rules are not adhered to and it is impossible to swim due to children with inflatables (who should not be there). There are very few places to sit by the pool. We found some sunbeds by the beach but they are wooden and there are no cushions so very uncomfortable. The a/c in our room did not work but this was mended. There is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. There is a lack of English spoken. When we left and paid our bill it was not possible to give us an itemised bill. On the positive side the food for both breakfast and dinner was good. Amy and Ruby in the beach bar were excellent and made the best cocktails and burgers.

The four stars is for the view. We had an oceanfront room with a view that you can’t beat. It was gorgeous to wake up to in the morning. Otherwise the hotel is 3 stars at best. It is a huge complex so I can see how upkeep is difficult but the hotel and facilities feel very run down. That said, our experience at the spa was great. Amazing massage and very friendly masseuse. The breakfast was ok. Lots of variety and the omelette station chef modified my omelette without me having to ask-that was very sweet. Overall not a bad stay. It was close enough to walk to the Kenting night market so the location is perfect.
