Kenting China Trust Inn

We originally booked Riverside Hengchun nearby but the rooms were so bad that we moved to this hotel and paid the difference in nightly rate. I did notice that it was slightly cheaper on Agoda for the second night we spent here but I didn’t want to bother doing 2 bookings so we just paid this hotel directly. As we came over late and last minute we were told the beds were twin set up and wouldn’t be changed until next day. When we arrived we were surprised to find the beds were already switched to a double and they put an air purifier in each room. The hotel lobby was much fancier than the sister hotel and the rooms were also much nicer. There was a mild smell but it wasn’t too bad at all and at least there wasn’t mold everywhere. The biggest problem I had was the shower - there was no pressure at all and the shower head was broken so it split the water flow in half in 2 directions which meant the water barely touched me. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. Per our driver, this hotel was bought out earlier this year and renovated. Based on their sister hotel, I wonder how long it’ll be before it becomes moldy too. This wouldn’t be my first choice hotel if I were to come back

After being renovated, the lobby looks very stylish and modern. The hotel provides bicycle rentals so that tourists can ride bicycles around. There is also a bar where you can have a drink in the evening. The front desk staff are very friendly.

The lobby is clean, the decoration design is beautiful, and the equipment is complete. The elevator is fast, the room is large, and the lighting is good. I hope the laundry and drying can be improved as soon as possible, otherwise I have to calculate the time to dry the clothes. If you live on the third floor, the corridor will smell a bit like a laundry. Breakfast was very delicious! ! ! Full of character. It is suitable for family travel, and it is also pet-friendly. It makes people feel very considerate. I will choose this hotel again if I travel with my family next time. I hope there are two room cards so that the family can go shopping separately. After all, it is a bit far from Kenting Main Street. Some people don't want to go but it will be a bit troublesome if there is only one room card. In addition, there is a Starbucks within walking distance, which is very suitable if someone needs to drink Starbucks coffee in the morning. There is also a McDonald's nearby!
