At short notice my company sent me to Taichung and I arrived extremely tired and dishevelled. Anyway the staff at Hung Mansions were amazing and made we welcome. I am in one of the superior double aspect suites on the 7th floor and it is very nice. High ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and great ventilation make it feel like you are up a mountain breathing fresh air. The suite is large (over 120m2) and the decor is tasteful and comfortable. Shower room, Bath, bed, sofa, lighting are all top quality and well chosen. On top of all that the location is fantastic and you are a short walk from first class called Top City which has everything you could need whilst travelling. Being such a great hotel it is obviously busy but the staff are all efficient and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taichung.

It's a neat hotel with amenities. the price is reasonable including breakfast for two persons.the hygiene of the hotel is quite good and clean. The receptionist and stuff are quite nice and approachable with proper etiquette. They are helpful and ready to help anytime.

I have been staying at Hung’s Mansion in Taichung off and on for I believe 20 years. The hotel has been an excellent location to stay when starting my visits to Central Taiwan. The AirPort Express bus drops us off just in front of the hotel. There is free parking if needed. The management well maintains a quality environment for cleanliness everywhere from parking garage to individual rooms. The buffet breakfast has always been a great welcome in the morning with mixture of Western and Taiwanese breakfast. My only wish is the consider remodeling the shower door where once in a while the door snags on shower rug and then lots of water escapes the confines of the shower. Overall an excellent comfortable hotel and walking distance to local government buildings and National Taichung Theatre.
