Taichung calfhouse

In the January of 2016, I went to the middle of Taiwan with my friends. And we chose this lodging because we think the look of this lodging is good and the price of it is low. That day, we came by and we found the place by Google Map, finally, we found it, but the staff is not there because it is too early, so we went to the most near seven eleven to wait for him. When he arrived, we had been waiting for around 1 to2 hours. It is really sad, but the staff is nice, he helped us to carry the baggage, however we have five persons, so he only can carry one baggage. And then he help us to take our baggage in the keeping room so that we could go to shopping. I think he has a good service to us and he is a kind person, he gave us many suggestions and information about our travel. The room we lived is on the second floor, the room is not really clean, and I hope they could improve this situation. I like the location of this lodging because there are many shops to go and it is convenient to take bus and metro. To sum up, it is worth to live there because it is cheap and the location is good.

Booked calfhouse as a stop over on our way to Sun Moon Lake. Hostel rooms are very spacious, clean, great aircon and wifi. Comfortable beds, clean towels, hairdryer, toiletries. It cost me the equivalent of about £18. Fantastic bargain. Should also mention that the hostel owners have great service - they waited for us to arrive at midnight (!), came to meet us at our taxi (you will not be able to find the hostel without their help) and carried out bags up the stairs. Friendly and efficient. Location is also good - near night market and opposite a breakfast market that sadly we didn't have time to try. I wholeheartedly recommend calfhouse hostel.

Good location, close to Taichung station, and very close to Yizhong night market, and also next to Zhongyo department store, the crew are really nice and friendly! Definitely come here again and stay with them!!
